Warren C. Longmire is a writer, computer programmer, educator and uncle from the bad part of North Philadelphia. He is the host of House Poet: A Spoken Word Dance Party and founder of _mixlit poetry press. He was featured in the Best American Poetry 2021, edited by Tracey K. Smith and will be featured in the anthology A Black Philadelphia Reader: African American Writings About the City of Brotherly Love (PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY PRESS 2024) in June of this year. His latest book, Bird/Diz [an erased history of bebop] was released in Nov. 2022 through BUNNY Presse.
Originally from the West Side of Chicago, Olatunde Osinaike is a Nigerian-American poet, essayist, and software developer. He is the author of Tender Headed (Akashic Books, 2023), selected by Camille Rankine as winner of the 2022 National Poetry Series, in addition to the limited edition chapbooks Speech Therapy, which won the Atlas Review’s chapbook contest, and The New Knew (Thirty West). Other honors include winner of the Lucille Clifton Poetry Prize, semifinalist for the 92Y Discovery Poetry Prize, and honorable mention for the Ploughshares Emerging Writer's Award in Poetry.He lives in Atlanta and would like to thank you.
